Todd’s career began in 2006, where he initially specialized in large tracts for development and timber purposes. In 2010, he transitioned to handling foreclosures and waterfront properties, expanding his expertise to meet diverse client needs. Today, Todd primarily serves the aviation community—a natural fit given his background as a private pilot with an instrument rating.
